Join us for the first annual Farm to Table Event to celebrate the local harvests and tastes of Colorado cuisine sponsored by Applause to benefit Breckenridge Music. This very special event will feature a five-course meal exquisitely prepared to the highest standard by a professional chef and wine pairings that will enhance the food and the experience.

Chef Kelly Brenholt will be at the helm of our field kitchen. Kelly is quite the culinary talent and is well known and widely respected in Summit County and beyond for her creative approach to cooking. She studied culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Canada and London. Today, Kelly, with her chef husband owns a successful seafood restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado, South Ridge Seafood Grill. Additionally, her catering service, Ridge Street Kitchen, is always in high demand. She will bring years of experience and her keen interest in preparing meals from fresh local fare to our event. She is excited to take on this challenge and is working closely with a variety of local sources of fresh organic food to use in her awesome menu.
The five course meal will be served in a lovely native Colorado setting with the Blue River running by and mountain vistas all around. Breck Music and Chef Kelly will work with a well-respected wine source to properly enhance the meal with complimentary wine pairings.
